You agree to use this service and its components in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must only use the Android device owner app (admin app component) on devices that you own or have legal authorization to control.

You understand that normal operation of the service may require processing operational and security data, such as device status, IP address, approximate location, logs, and command results, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice, if we believe that you are using our service maliciously or in violation of these terms. This includes but is not limited to activities that compromise the security or integrity of our service or harm other users.

We may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By starting a paid subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing interval, device quantity, renewal terms, and taxes shown at checkout.

• Payment Methods: Payments for our service are processed through Paddle. We accept various payment methods as supported by Paddle.
• Subscription Plans: The service offers monthly and annual recurring subscriptions priced by the number of managed devices selected at checkout. Supported quantities are currently 1 to 30 devices.
• Free Trial: We may provide a limited free trial without requiring payment details. When the trial expires, paid features may be restricted unless you start a paid subscription.
• Billing and Invoicing: You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable recurring fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected subscription.
• Subscription Changes: You may manage billing, update payment details, cancel, or change your subscription from the billing page or from Paddle's buyer portal links where available. Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Refund Policy and Disputes: Refunds, withdrawals, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled according to Paddle's buyer terms, refund policy, and applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund or chargeback is granted, access to paid features may end.
• Data Privacy: Your payment information is securely handled by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
